V.I.S.I.O.N. is the Foundation’s flagship leadership and workforce-development program for students in grades 10–12. The program helps students discover their strengths, develop leadership and life skills, explore career pathways, and create a practical plan for life after high school.

Habitudes® Leadership Lessons
Habitudes® uses memorable images, stories, and conversations to help young people understand important leadership and life principles. Created by Dr. Tim Elmore, this engaging ten-lesson series turns visual illustrations into practical lessons youth can remember and apply.
Participants explore:
- Character and self-leadership
- Confidence and personal responsibility
- Communication and relationships
- Values and decision-making
- Leadership habits and positive influence
- Applying life lessons to everyday situations
Available for schools, churches, mentoring programs, youth organizations, and community groups as an individual workshop or complete ten-lesson series.
Group Mentoring—Barnesville
A relationship-based group experience where young people connect with positive adult mentors and supportive peers while developing leadership, character, and life skills.

Hybrid Mentoring and Coaching
