V.I.S.I.O.N. Valued Individuals Shaping Innovation, Opportunities, and New Futures
The V.I.S.I.O.N. Program is Power Forward Youth Leadership's flagship leadership and career readiness, designed for high school students in grades 10–12. This school-year program initiative equips students with the essential leadership, character, communication, and workplace skills needed to succeed in college, careers, and life.
Through interactive workshops, mentoring, career exploration, leadership development activities, and real-world learning experiences, students gain the confidence and practical tools necessary to make informed decisions about their future. Participants are challenged to think critically, develop personal responsibility, strengthen their character, and discover their unique purpose and potential.
The V.I.S.I.O.N. Program connects students with business leaders, community mentors, and industry professionals who provide guidance, encouragement, and exposure to various career pathways. Students also engage in goal-setting, team-building, community service, and personal development activities that help prepare them to become productive citizens and future leaders.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
