Power Forward Youth Leadership is a mentoring and leadership development initiative dedicated to equipping young people with the guidance, character development, and practical skills needed to succeed in life and the workplace. Through structured mentorship, leadership training, and workforce preparation, the program provides youth—particularly those from underserved yet deserving communities—with access to positive role models, real-world skill development, and opportunities that help them build confidence, direction, and a pathway toward a productive future.
